What services does Nobel House Decor offer?

We offer comprehensive interior design and fit-out services including Majlis Design, Curtains & Blinds, Carpet & Flooring, Gypsum & False Ceiling, Wall Treatments, Upholstery, Custom Furniture, and complete Turnkey Interior Solutions. We handle everything from single-room makeovers to full villa and commercial fit-outs.

Where is Nobel House Decor located?

Our showroom and office is located at Shop #45, Ajman Cultural Center, Al Rashidiya 2, Ajman, UAE. While based in Ajman, we proudly serve clients throughout Dubai and the entire UAE.

What areas do you serve?

We serve clients across the UAE including Dubai (Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah, Business Bay, DIFC, Al Barsha, Mirdif, and more), Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Al Ain.

What are your working hours?

We are open Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. We are closed on Fridays.

Do you work with both residential and commercial clients?

Yes, we work with both residential clients (villas, apartments, townhouses) and commercial clients (offices, retail spaces, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues).

Is the initial consultation free?

Yes, we offer free consultations for all our services. We'll visit your space, discuss your vision and requirements, take measurements, and provide expert recommendations—all at no charge.

Do you provide home visits for consultations?

Yes, we provide free home/site visits throughout Dubai and UAE. Our design consultants will come to your location to assess the space, take accurate measurements, and understand your needs firsthand.

How long does a consultation take?

A typical consultation takes 30-60 minutes depending on the scope of your project. For larger projects like turnkey solutions or full villa fit-outs, consultations may take longer to ensure we capture all your requirements.

Pricing & Quotations

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies based on the scope of work, materials selected, and project complexity. We provide detailed, transparent quotations after assessing your specific requirements. Our Ajman base allows us to offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality.

Do your prices include installation?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, our quotations include materials, labor, and professional installation. We provide complete solutions so you don't have to coordinate with multiple contractors.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, we believe in complete transparency. Our quotations detail all costs involved. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

How long is a quotation valid?

Our quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations.

Materials & Quality

What quality of materials do you use?

We use only premium-quality materials sourced from trusted suppliers and manufacturers. We offer a range of options to suit different budgets while maintaining our quality standards. All materials are inspected before installation.

Do you provide material samples?

Yes, we provide fabric swatches, flooring samples, paint colors, wallpaper samples, and more so you can see and feel the materials before making decisions. Some specialty samples may require a refundable deposit.

Are your materials suitable for Dubai's climate?

Yes, we specifically select materials that perform well in the UAE's hot and humid climate. This includes UV-resistant fabrics, moisture-resistant flooring options, and materials that withstand temperature variations.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary by project type:

  • Curtains & Blinds: 1-2 weeks
  • Flooring (single room): 2-3 days
  • Gypsum Ceiling: 1-2 weeks
  • Wall Treatments: 3-7 days
  • Custom Furniture: 3-6 weeks
  • Full Apartment Fit-out: 8-12 weeks
  • Villa Turnkey Project: 12-20 weeks

These are estimates; we provide specific timelines after assessing your project.

Can you work on rush orders?

Yes, we can accommodate urgent projects when possible, though rush orders may incur additional charges. Availability depends on our current project schedule and material availability.

Will I be informed of project progress?

Yes, your dedicated project manager will keep you updated throughout the project. We provide regular progress updates via WhatsApp, calls, or site visits as appropriate.

Payment & Deposits

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, cash, and cheques (subject to clearance). Payment details are provided on your invoice.

Why is a deposit required?

The deposit secures your project slot in our schedule, initiates material ordering (especially for custom items), and covers initial design and planning work. This is standard practice in the interior design industry.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are refundable (minus a 10% administrative fee) only if you cancel within 48 hours before materials are ordered or production begins. Once materials are ordered or custom production starts, deposits become non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Warranty & Aftercare

Do you offer warranty on your work?

Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship for all our services. This covers installation defects and structural issues under normal use. Materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship, installation failures under normal use, and structural issues with custom-made items. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents, or alterations made by third parties.

Do you offer maintenance services?

Yes, we offer aftercare and maintenance services for our installations. This includes curtain cleaning, upholstery care, floor maintenance, and more. Contact us for maintenance packages and pricing.
