1. Services Overview

Nobel House Decor provides interior design and fit-out services including, but not limited to:

• Majlis Design
• Curtains & Blinds
• Carpet & Flooring
• Gypsum & False Ceiling
• Wall Treatments
• Upholstery Services
• Custom Furniture
• Turnkey Interior Solutions

The specific scope of services for each project will be detailed in a separate quotation or contract provided to you.

2. Quotations & Pricing

2.1 Quotation Validity

All quotations provided by Nobel House Decor are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. After this period, prices may be subject to change.

2.2 Pricing

Prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include materials, labor, and installation as specified in the quotation. Any items not explicitly mentioned in the quotation are not included.

2.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices if:

• The scope of work changes at the client's request
• Site conditions differ from initial assessment
• Material costs increase significantly due to market fluctuations
• Additional work is required beyond the original scope

Any price changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

2.4 Additional Costs

The following may incur additional charges:

• Work outside normal business hours
• Structural modifications
• Electrical or plumbing work (unless included in quote)
• Removal and disposal of existing materials
• Storage fees for delayed installations
• Re-measurement fees due to client changes

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed, payments are structured as follows:

For larger turnkey projects, a milestone-based payment schedule will be provided.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Cash
• Cheque (subject to clearance)

3.3 Late Payments

• Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in project delays
• We reserve the right to halt work if payments are overdue
• A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue amounts

3.4 Non-Payment

In case of non-payment:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the project
• Materials and installed items remain our property until full payment is received
• We may pursue legal action to recover outstanding amounts
• Client will be responsible for any collection costs and legal fees

4. Project Timeline & Delivery

4.1 Timeline Estimates

Project timelines provided are estimates based on normal working conditions. Actual completion may vary depending on:

• Project complexity
• Material availability
• Site readiness
• Client responsiveness
• Unforeseen circumstances

4.2 Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Client-requested changes
• Late payments
• Site access issues
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions)
• Supplier or shipping delays beyond our control
• Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by client

4.3 Client-Caused Delays

If project delays are caused by the client, we reserve the right to:

• Reschedule the project based on crew availability
• Charge storage fees for materials
• Adjust pricing if significant delays occur

4.4 Our Commitment

We commit to:

• Providing realistic timelines
• Communicating any anticipated delays promptly
• Working diligently to complete projects on schedule
• Minimizing disruption to your daily life

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:

5.1 Site Preparation

• Provide clear access to work areas
• Remove or protect personal belongings and valuables
• Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are available
• Obtain necessary permissions from building management if required

5.2 Decision Making

• Respond to queries and approval requests promptly
• Make timely decisions on materials, colors, and designs
• Attend scheduled meetings and site visits
• Designate an authorized person for decisions if unavailable

5.3 Accuracy of Information

• Provide accurate measurements and site information
• Disclose any known issues with the property
• Inform us of any changes to the project scope immediately

5.4 Approvals

• Review and approve designs before production
• Sign off on material selections
• Conduct final inspection and provide sign-off upon completion

6. Changes & Modifications

6.1 Change Requests

Changes to the agreed scope of work must be:

• Submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp)
• Reviewed and approved by both parties
• Documented with revised pricing and timeline if applicable

6.2 Impact of Changes

Changes may result in:

• Additional costs
• Extended timelines
• Material waste charges for items already ordered/produced

6.3 Design Approval

Once designs are approved and production begins:

• Changes may not be possible for custom items
• Cancellation of custom items is non-refundable
• Additional charges apply for modifications to work in progress

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel your order:

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

• Client fails to make payments as agreed
• Client becomes unresponsive for extended periods
• Site conditions make work unsafe or impossible
• Client behavior is abusive or threatening to our staff

In such cases, payment for completed work and ordered materials is required.

7.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled work. Repeated rescheduling may result in additional charges.

8. Warranty

8.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide warranty on our workmanship as follows:

• Defects in workmanship
• Installation failures under normal use
• Structural issues with custom-made items

8.3 What's NOT Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
• Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
• Alterations made by third parties
• Natural material variations (wood grain, marble veining)
• Fading due to sunlight exposure
• Damage from water, fire, or other external factors
• Items not installed by Nobel House Decor

8.4 Material Warranties

Materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist in processing warranty claims with manufacturers where applicable.

8.5 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

• Contact us within the warranty period
• Provide photos and description of the issue
• Allow reasonable access for inspection
• We will repair or replace defective work at our discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use, profit, or revenue
• Delays beyond our reasonable control
• Pre-existing property conditions
• Damage to items not disclosed before work commenced
• Third-party claims

9.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or supplier failures.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Designs & Concepts

All designs, drawings, concepts, and visualizations created by Nobel House Decor remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

10.2 Usage Rights

Upon full payment:

• Client receives the right to use designs for their specific project
• Designs may not be reproduced, shared, or used for other properties without permission

10.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use images for:

• Our portfolio and website
• Marketing materials
• Social media

If you prefer your project not be photographed or shared, please inform us in writing.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will:

• Keep your personal information confidential
• Not share project details with third parties without consent
• Use information only for project-related purposes

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Communication First

In the event of any dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. Please contact us directly to discuss concerns.

12.2 Mediation

If direct communication does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
