We handle interior and exterior painting for apartments, villas, offices and commercial units using our own crews rather than labour hired per job. Every project is quoted in writing after a free site visit and carries a two-year workmanship warranty.
Interior house painting is the bulk of what we do: studios, one to three bedroom apartments, and full villa interiors including stairwells and double-height walls. We work room by room so you can stay in the property, moving and sheeting furniture as we go. Wall painting, ceiling painting and woodwork can be quoted together or separately.
Exterior painting in the UAE has to survive heat, humidity and coastal salt, so surface preparation matters more here than in most markets. We seal and prime before topcoats, treat cracks and rendered patches, and use weather-rated Jotun exterior products. Villa elevations, boundary walls and low-rise facades are all in scope, with access equipment included.
The main driver is wall area rather than the number of bedrooms, since two flats with the same layout can differ significantly once measured. After that it is the condition of the surface: filling, sanding, crack sealing and treating damp all add labour, and a light colour over a dark one needs an extra coat. Ceiling height and building access rules affect time on site.
